In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ran88" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to the ran88 online gaming platform operating at https://ran88.org and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and affiliated services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places wagers through the ran88 platform.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account created on the ran88 platform, which is required to access real-money gaming services.
• "Balance" — refers to the total funds held in a Player's account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus" — refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload offer, referral reward, or other incentive granted by ran88 to a Player's account.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the minimum number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before withdrawal of any associated winnings is permitted.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer. The identity and document verification process that ran88 uses to confirm Player identity, age, and residence in accordance with anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming obligations.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia and the sole currency in which all ran88 account balances, transactions, and displayed odds are denominated.
• "Services" — collectively refers to all gaming products available on ran88, including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, live blackjack, in-play betting, slot games, and togel.
• "Prohibited Territories" — any jurisdiction in which access to or use of ran88 is prohibited by applicable local law. Players are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in their jurisdiction before registering.

Access to and use of the ran88 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account or placing any wager, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ran88 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 across all account activities, including registration, deposits, wagering, bonus claims, and withdrawals. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended and all funds returned to the payment source.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gaming is prohibited by law. You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to determine the legal status of online gaming in your jurisdiction prior to registration.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from ran88, whether by voluntary self-exclusion or by ran88's own enforcement action.
• You are not acting in collusion with other players, using automated betting software, or engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage exploitation, or bonus abuse as defined in Clause 5.
• All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the ran88 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

During registration you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. ran88 uses this information exclusively for account management, KYC verification, payment processing, and communication purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). ran88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ran88 support immediately at [email protected].

• Account registration is free of charge. ran88 does not levy any registration fee.
• Account verification (KYC) is required before the first withdrawal and may be requested at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Accepted KYC documents include: national identity card (KTP), passport, driver's licence, and recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification).
• ran88 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an account without prior notice if eligibility requirements are not satisfied or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party. Permitting another person to access your account, whether for betting purposes or otherwise, is a breach of these terms.

All transactions on ran88 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ran88 does not apply currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of five (5) minutes during business hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or where an account is subject to pending KYC verification.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the source.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified account in the Player's name — whichever ran88 determines most appropriate for fraud prevention purposes.
• ran88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation.
• Balances consisting entirely of un-wagered bonus funds are not eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Clause 5.
• ran88 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the Player's responsibility.
• Transactions flagged by ran88's anti-fraud systems may be held for manual review. ran88 will notify the Player within 24 hours WIB if a transaction is placed under review.

ran88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to the Indonesian cultural calendar (including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and the 17 August Independence Day period). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this clause.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement is 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically at the end of their validity window.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's account at any given time. Players should review and complete existing wagering requirements before claiming a new bonus.
• Wagering contributions vary by product: sportsbook pre-match bets count at 100%; live in-play bets count at 80%; slot games count at 100%; live casino games (including live blackjack and roulette) count at 20%; togel bets count at 50%.
• Bets placed with odds lower than the minimum threshold specified in each promotion's individual terms do not contribute toward wagering requirements.
• ran88 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering in a pattern designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting a technical error to claim an unintended bonus value.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash value prior to the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.

All bets and wagers placed on ran88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product (sportsbook, live casino, slots, or togel) as published on the platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ran88 does not accept requests to void, amend, or cancel a wager after it has been placed and confirmed by the system, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• ran88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that result from a manifest technical error, data feed corruption, or human pricing error. Players will be notified and the staked amount returned to their account balance.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet placement interface prior to confirmation. ran88 may adjust limits on a per-account or per-event basis at its sole discretion.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to place bets without manual human input is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance.
• In-play (live) betting markets are offered subject to data availability. ran88 may suspend or close live markets at any time without notice to manage risk or where reliable data cannot be confirmed in real time.
• For slot games, the RTP (return to player) percentage for each title is as certified by the relevant game studio and independent auditor. RTPs are theoretical averages over a statistically significant sample and do not guarantee outcomes on any individual session.
• For live casino games — including live blackjack tables available at ran88 Live Blackjack — game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and spinning in certified studio environments. ran88 has no ability to influence live game outcomes.

ran88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. Gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity. ran88 provides the following player-protection tools, accessible at any time from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time-Outs: Players may configure a maximum session duration. ran88 will alert the Player when the limit is approached and will automatically log out the session upon expiry.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may voluntarily suspend their account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period the account is inaccessible for all real-money activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent account closure at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately by ran88 support and are irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months.

All content on the ran88 platform — including but not limited to the ran88 brand name, logo, graphical design elements, typography, page layouts, software code, game content licensed from third-party studios, written text, and compiled data — is the exclusive intellectual property of ran88 or its respective licensors.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ran88 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, adapt, or create derivative works from any ran88 content without prior written authorisation from ran88.
• Game content — including all slot titles, live casino streams, and sportsbook data — is licensed to ran88 by third-party studios and data providers. All rights in that content are reserved by the respective rights holders.
• Any unauthorised use of ran88 intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil or criminal liability.

ran88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account on ran88, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected includes registration information, KYC documentation, transaction records, device identifiers, IP addresses, and gaming activity logs.
• ran88 uses this data for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — with your consent — promotional communications.
• ran88 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory bodies where required by law.
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected]. Deletion requests are subject to ran88's legal data-retention obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ran88 shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Loss of wagered funds due to game outcomes, including losses resulting from unfavourable odds, losing bets, or negative gaming sessions.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical errors caused by circumstances beyond ran88's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, third-party data feed outages, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Decisions made by the Player in reliance upon information, odds, or statistics displayed on the ran88 platform, which are provided for informational purposes only and carry no guarantee of accuracy or completeness.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by the Player's bank, e-wallet provider, or intermediary financial institution.

In all cases where ran88 is found liable under applicable law, ran88's total aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their ran88 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

ran88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods, identity fraud, or collusion.
• Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any form of system exploitation as described in Clause 5.
• Use of automated betting tools or any technical device to gain an unfair advantage as described in Clause 6.
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months, following which ran88 will notify the Player by email before applying any dormancy policy.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or other legal obligation requiring ran88 to restrict the account.

Upon account closure for reasons other than fraud or terms breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within ten (10) business days.

ran88 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ran88 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with ran88 support shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause limits the statutory consumer rights of Players to the extent that those rights cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Players in Indonesia acknowledge that online gaming regulations in Indonesia are subject to change, and it is the Player's sole responsibility to remain informed of the legal position applicable to them at any given time.

ran88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Player rights, wagering requirements, payment terms, or bonus structures — ran88 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by posting a notice on the platform and, where possible, by email to the registered address on each affected account.

Continued use of the ran88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised terms. If a Player does not agree to the revised terms, they must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment.

The version number and last-updated date displayed at the top of this page reflect the currently operative version of these Terms & Conditions. Prior versions are archived and may be requested from [email protected].
